The current real estate market is fast-paced, constantly changing and full of details. We know that real estate issues need to be addressed quickly and accurately. To give our clients the best service Moore, McKibben, Goodman & Lorenz, LLP has dedicated a department just for real estate matters.

Jan Sipe has managed this department for over 15 years. She has been involved in hundreds of real estate closings in a variety of roles assisting buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders. Her primary assignment is real estate issues. Years ago Jan worked in another state for a mortgage company and handled loan transactions in several states. She understands the unique Iowa real estate environment and her prior experience enables her to translate Iowa practices for those outside the Iowa borders.

The real estate services department offers a variety of services to complete real estate transactions, including cash closings, loan closings, notary only closings, assisting "For Sale By Owners" and clearing title objections. Eight of our attorneys are field-issuing attorneys with Title Guaranty.
